EU Projects

The Roma VHS is actively involved in miscellaneous EU projects to promote educational opportunities and social inclusion for the Roma community at European level. Various projects create the opportunity to strengthen education, intercultural exchange and the acquisition of new skills for educational staff.

A central focus of the Roma VHS in these projects is on international cooperation with other Roma NGOs. These collaborations make it possible to exchange best practices, learn from each other and develop joint strategies to improve the living conditions and educational opportunities of the Roma minority. Networking at European level can promote innovative approaches that help to strengthen Roma identity and combat discrimination, stereotyping and disadvantage.
